That's right! We are getting a family dog! We stopped to visit our new puppy on the drive back from the kids' week at camp. We'd been keeping this a secret from the kids, so they were completely surprised. The puppy will stay with his mommy for a few more weeks, and then transition into our home at the tail end of summer.
